Folk & Fiddle Camp

One hour of ukulele, one hour of mallet/hand percussion and one hour of fiddle music.

July 12-16, 2021

9:00 am - 12:00 noon

Ages 8 and up.

$200 - includes a ukulele to keep

No experience required, but violin students are encouraged to attend. We will be working

on traditional folk and fiddle music and adapting to all levels of musical experience.

Bring water and snacks.

Reading is Everything and

Everything is Reading!

Children come join us at the Math Lab for our first Reading Workshop at Thayer. Spend an hour exploring good books and learning strategies designed for better reading.

Laura Kryger will conduct the workshop. Each child receives a free book and a journal.

The dates for the workshop will be June 9th, 16th, 23rd & 30th.

Summer Improv Drama Camp 2021

Using storytelling, pantomime, improvisation and theatre games, students will work on creative expression, tone, problem-solving, presentation, and collaborative skills.  This summer workshop is designed to challenge and inspire students to stretch their brains and limits. A great class for both the seasoned performer and those new to the world of theatre who are looking to try it out.
